Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy from this website. We sell in trade, as a business, which means your purchases are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Placing an order

When you place an order you agree to pay the price shown, plus any shipping shown at checkout. Prices include GST.

The price and product weight held in our system at the time you order are the amounts that apply — not a price shown elsewhere, cached, or displayed on a third-party site.

We may decline or cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we can't deliver to the address given. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you get a full refund to your original payment method.

Availability

Stock levels change quickly, particularly on pick and mix and seasonal lines. If something sells out between your order and our packing it, we'll contact you and refund the affected items.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Where those rights apply, they apply regardless of anything written here.

To the extent the law allows, and except where the Consumer Guarantees Act says otherwise, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Using this site

Please don't use this site to do anything unlawful, interfere with how it works, or attempt to access parts of it you're not meant to reach.

Product photos, descriptions and site content belong to us or our suppliers and shouldn't be copied for commercial use without asking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The "last updated" date above shows when this page last changed.

Reservations and checkout holds

Some sold-out items can be reserved for a 20% deposit while we wait on new stock from our supplier — see our Refunds & Returns policy for how that works, including the 72-hour window to complete your order once stock arrives, and what happens if you don't.

When you go to pay for any order, the stock in your cart is briefly held for 15 minutes so it can't be sold to someone else while you're checking out.
