Privacy Policy
Last updated 10/09/2026
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you give us one, and what you ordered. We need these to take payment, pack your order and get it to you.
When you browse: which pages are viewed, where visitors arrived from, and how long pages are looked at. This is first-party and anonymous — see "How we measure site usage" below.
When you contact us or ask for a refund: whatever you choose to tell us, plus any photos you send.
We do not collect or store your card details. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider.
Who else handles your information
We use a small number of service providers to run the shop, and your information reaches them only so they can do their part:
- our payment provider, to take payment and process refunds
- our hosting and database provider, where order and account data is stored
- our email provider, to send order confirmations, shipping updates and refund correspondence
- our shipping provider, to create labels and provide tracking
Each of these receives only what it needs. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How we measure site usage
We keep a simple, first-party record of which pages are viewed on this site. When you first visit, a random identifier is stored in your browser so we can tell one visit apart from another. It isn't linked to your name, your email or your order, and it can't be used to identify you.
There are no third-party analytics or advertising scripts on this site, and no cross-site tracking. You can clear this identifier at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. Anonymous site-usage records are kept only as long as they're useful for understanding what people look at.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, and ask us to correct anything that's wrong. Contact us using the details at the bottom of this page and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information we'll update this page, and the "last updated" date above will change with it.
