Rates

Shipping is priced per order from what your parcel weighs and where it's going, so a small parcel to a nearby address costs less than a large one to the other end of the country.

Add your delivery address at checkout and you'll see the exact amount before you pay. That's the figure you're charged — it doesn't change after you've ordered.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within one to two business days. Once your order is on its way you'll get an email with tracking, so you can follow it through to your door.

Delivery timeframes after dispatch depend on the courier and where you are. Rural addresses generally take an extra day or two.
